A Demon's Heart

Your heart is a snake, a venomous serpent. 

Your voice is a hiss that goes out in all directions like a snake with many heads. 

Your words are poison coiled around a clever and tricky tongue. 

Your fangs sink deep into the flesh of your prey. 

You have no mercy. A demon's heart has no benefactors just prisoners.

Hmmmm, gotta say in my drinking, womanizing days, many moons ago I would promise the earth if the end result was a game of hide the sausage. Now, with a 21 year old daughter, I look back shamefully on my younger selfs behaviour.

Venomous relationships.... sometimes they aren’t revealable for a long time...and sometimes we can’t let go. :) We learn from each experience, and nothing is useless.

and that demon tempts us to try love. and then hisses at us when we do, knowing we end up out of the garden once we have gained enough wisdom to know better.
