Man, this is gorgeous! So full of loveliness! A resounding awwwh could be heard as the poem ended. What wonderful evoking of emotion-what a way to convey such an over-conveyed feeling!
And as usual your perfect flow and rhyme only helped your message through the minds (and hearts!) of your readers. I don't doubt that I'll return to read this poem again just to feel the beauty of it...
I have read this before - but I don't remember it being displayed as it is now. It is such a lovely poem, and the symbol of a tree and roots for being connected and growing is perfect. A really beautiful gift to your daughter! I love it.
Very lovely dedication to your daughter. I guess you should take comfort that she''l always be your little girl. That never really changes with age. Lovely poem
I think when I read this the first time, it was just a poem, but, OH! what a poem! This new formatting technique adds new dimension to it, if that were possible, allowing us to share in the young woman to whom you've devoted such a great part of your life. Arthur Henn has done something similar, superimposing his verses over lovely pictures, and I'm sure there are many others as well, but this is just great, amigo! I envy you your pixel-shifting prowess!
This is an amazing way to help your daughter take a big independent step while reassuring her of your love at the same time. She should cherish this poem for the rest of her life.
That's sweet. This is beautiful I love it I think I cried a little bit. That's sad, but she'll always be your little girl no matter how old she get's that's the same with me and my dad. No matter how disappointed I could ever be with him. :D
I loved the writing the first time around and the music is perfect. As for the new background and set-up...effing amazing. You really know how to pull the emotion out of a piece...and I mean every drop.....Nice work Tate..you amaze me.
