You consoled my worn soul lifting me to my feet A noble heart of kindness dealt Purgatory defeat as the new thoughts took their place Washing out the poison that so long had filled that space
That smile faded my sadness with sweet thoughts I had of you As pains found no place to play and nothing for them to do
