If needed, I answer my phone,
Wait for you to talk,
Converse, articulate and explain,
Every thought, feeling and reason.
I will respond to every text,
Invest my belief in you,
And betroth my strength
To all of your weakness.
I'll instill logic and reason,
Put you in your rightful place,
Whether right or wrong.
I'll maintain a status of standby.
