Birds on a line
swaying to the wind
under a morning chilly sky

Author's Note

just wrote down what I observed early morning. by the way I'm not really a haiku writer, just trying out this system and there maybe mistakes so just take it easy. your comments are appreciated :))

Even though not a traditional Haiku, this is really pleasant. I enjoyed it. Keep trying as it's always good to try new things. Especially things you're unfamiliar with.

It is very interesting, I was unaware of Haiku. I love to try out new forms of poetry and I had to look this up. The only thing I could find was that it consists of 3 lines, a five syllable line a 7 and then another 5....There are many forms I trust. Yours does not fit this pattern but is nonetheless beautiful
