My Dream

Ask me to dance,

In the shopping aisle,

No music on,

Just a smile.

Walk me home,

Hold my hand,

Play with my hair,

Be a man.

Pull me close,

Bite my tears,

Kiss me faster,

Demolish my fears

Protect my feelings,

My body too,

When someone asks,

Say I belong to you.

Ask me to dance,

After I walk down the aisle,

Take my hand from my father,

With just a smile.
