A Soul Cannot Be Scarred

To everyone who is holding onto emotional pain

I know, my cherished one, that you were gravely injured

That the scars you sustained are deeply ingrained

And that you dare not allow ...  to feel for a human

Your lesson was learned time and again

 

But the scars you attained are of earthly existence

Made of this world of mournful resistance

While the soul is ethereal ... made only of light

And shephards us through to find what is right

 

The soul does forgive what the body remembers

Take leave of your mind and all its dark chambers

Look to the light and let down your guard

Nobody’s soul can ever be scarred

This is very pretty..you are an understanding soul.
The soul will not always carry the pain..I guess it's other parts of us that do..
Here..this day on earth..the only way to really release the pain is forgiveness ..

I don't believe the soul can have pain because there is no physical (as we know it) entity. There is nothing to form scars when all there is is air. Maybe I didn't get that across very well.

Its just my own personal belief that a soul, which is an ethereal entity connected to God, is simply love, light and total understanding. Unfortunately, very few humans are able to connect.

I am thoroughly taken! Love the last two lines...unfortunately for me, a soul can be scarred however much I'd love that it could not have been. Sometimes healed but definitely remembered forever.
