Interlude

Interlude

A Poem by Alexandra

How I found you will always stay the same You’ll always be the one thing that makes me wonder if this was all worth it at the end

I’m the girl that finds presence in your body language
It’s hard to distinguish what you want
When it’s already laid out ahead of us
Are you just walking by me because it’s destined?

There’s been too many drinks
I just want to finally go home
without you
