Fernando

A Poem by Alexandra

You’re still wearing that same sweater from three days ago
You never do your laundry until you used up all my clothes

Lighting the intense in our room
Lavender is overwhelming the air reminding me that this place is still ours
Your pictures cover the wall
The furniture we built is still in the same place
Everything is ready for you to come back in it’s same way

And I promise I’ll lay may more flat next time
When you try to thrust into my being
Our being
We morph into such beautiful wavelengths oscillating around the room
We stopped putting music ever since we found the natural rhythm when we make love in this 4x4

You’re so overwhelmingly beautiful in the dark as you breathe so hard
It breaks glass
And we’re entangled forever in our air mattress because we keep breaking the frame
Let’s face it, we never result to anything good

But babe, if you could have me one more time
Don’t leave
Cause there is nothing more I love than hearing you say “f**k”
