On how bitter I’ve been feeling since I found out what I know now at 4 AM
Thank God Stephanie was there to help me up from the concrete floor in the rain
I could’ve died right there, I honestly swear.
And nothing in life is ever as it seems
Someone can give you the whole world and take it away in a split second
Just pull the curtain over your eyes and you’ll see what has always been behind
I should’ve never forgiven after he put his hands on me once or twice
But now I know why he had to walk away last month.
The ultimate betrayal was done before I even did anything.
But, it’s nice to know you’ll keep lying till your death bed.
I won’t.
