Dead End

Dead End

A Poem by Alexandra

You held my naked body
In your two arms
Trying to find a wall
To give it all up

You slipped your head
Between my shaking thighs
Looked me in the eyes
In a whirlwind of panic

We held each other
Skin to skin
On my mattress
Filling this well of love
Each time reminding me of the pleasures that await

Im so afraid
Im so deeply afraid
God, it hurts
But, there’s no going back now
I Love You

This is so deep and personal that it made me shiver. I love the imagery of it and how I can really feel the tension, feel the love expressed in this poem. You incorporated both fear and love; it's so realistic. Amazing job, keep up the good work!
