Appendectomy/Must Look Forward

Appendectomy/Must Look Forward

A Poem by Alexandra

Jason acknowledges me knowing very well I don’t have the aptitude to really try anymore
A beautiful man
With the smile of a sun
How lucky it is to have a surgeon
With eyes on me
But, I’ll continue to look backwards
At the one man who made everything feel alright
You.

This has the eye of the falcon who sees the earth and though he wlould fly, loves the bounty below him in the fields. Lovely!
