High Waisted Jeans Should Fit Snug

High Waisted Jeans Should Fit Snug

A Poem by Alexandra

“You think I’d lay down and die”
5:08 PM
Local Macy’s
Cross the road into an abandon parking lot
Browsing the aisles
Maybe this is how it ends
My life ends right here next to the Calvin Klein section
Size 32 is perfect
But, not for me
I like some space between my stomach and fabric
Is it because I let myself go?
Or did I just not pay attention to the signs

Life Lesson #53:

You can do everything in your power to make a difference and somethings just won’t give

i like the metaphor here.

we are all guilty of not paying attention to the signs...and by the time we do...that part of our life which we could have attained...that goal...is sold out...the shelves are empty.
