A Poem by audacicity

In our time on Earth, baggage from the past,
A sweet tooth and procrastination, they cast.
Impulsive choices, stress response that's dire,
Fear of the dark, xenophobia's fire.

In-group bias, territorial claims of old,
Hypervigilance, these stories have been told.
If we overcome these traits, we'll go far,
Venturing into the stars, like a shining star.
