The Day I Met You

For my Husband

The first day I saw you,

 

I looked into your eyes,

 

They were so beautiful,

 

As blue as the sky,

 

The day that I met you,

 

I didn’t think you liked me,

 

But I stood there strong and faithfully,

 

I gave you my number,

 

Witch I didn’t have to do,

 

Cause we were only dating a week,

 

I moved you in my home to,

 

Now it’s been a year and some odd months,

 

We are still standing tall,

 

We had a baby and all,

 

That was a blessing of it all,

 

Now we have seven children,

 

Between the both of us,

 

We are going to go crazy,

 

And possibly go nuts,

 

But that’s ok I love you very much,

 

Now our family is bigger so I thank you very much.
