I see you going the wrong way

just drifting away,

but i want you to stay.

 

When I try to help, you say you're fine.

That i should'nt be suprised

if you're not home before nine.

 

Maybe if I went back in time

i could solve the crime

Even though you say you're fine.

 

I want my best friend back

not some old Jack.

But you keep going the wrong way,

now you're too faraway.
