Praise the sound of his voice

Shrieking thunder pierces the aplomb

Igniting furious dread upon the soul

Cursed darkness ushres ignorance and hatred into the night

 

Hush, all that darkens the sight

Hear my voice, hark the warming love of God

 

Oh how delicious be that sound~

Cursed darkness ushres ignorance and hatred into the night" darkeness expressed at the furthest depth to be concieved by the imagination, mystical, the eternal image of night. there is a specific design to this poem and that being the encircling emotion created by thundering that reverberates through the soul,
as being the voice of the Almighty, perhaps venting anger in metaphorical perpsective, and thats what i love about this piece, open to reader interpretation, in any respect, swept me into the meaning.
