End my suffering

I know your in desperate need I text you every time you pop into my head asking if you are okay I know you've lost someone very dear as have I but to you that is most certainly unclear when i ask you you say your fine but being fine after a tragic accident is not normal you need to grieve or it will build up inside do not make the mistakes I have made do not bottle it up or eventually you will become so much emotion your human will go numb and if your like I your past the point of return and all we alike, the broken can only yearn for the day they fill an urn. Please read this.
