If you were here and with me now
I'd look at you and say:
"Have I told you that I love you
even more than yesterday?"
 

I'd kiss you very gently
and I'd brush away your hair
I'd put my arms around you
and we'd cuddle in a chair

I'd hold you very close to me
and in the candlelight
I would love you, and I'd love you
till the day replaced the night

and when it became morning
I would look at you and say
"Have I told you that I love you
even more than yesterday?"
