Erase Injustices

Life must go on even though we make mistakes and lose some of our self-esteem, we must lap it up and aim to meet our goals in life.

There's no time to erase injustices of days ago
never look back or search obfuscates for other faults
but try to expunge the grayness or unexplained weaknesses
to ensure inaccuracies will never be made again.
Seek a higher mountain to climb, reach for a newer pinacle
safeguard the value of the changes and amendments.

Blunders in life cannot be altered after they've materialized
gotta` keep pace and continue toward a goal set forth for an existence.
There's "no" time to analyze the wrong turns and flat-tires
a soul must retain their desires and motivations to succeed.
Clear the mind, realizing everything in life have snags
catching a person off-guard and without a response.

Don't allow biases to rob and cause lack of self-esteem
but fight to own the right to accept errors but to correct them.
Never allow anything to take away self-confidence and,
know the best decision is created at the time it was affected.
No-one is perfect in any trade and slip-ups are often shaped
leaving a human being feeling dejected and bamboozled.

Interesting concept on injustice. Perhaps your words are right, we can't turn it around though I know I have walked that dark road of pure injustice. Your words express exactly what I had to do to get through the horrid memory. I enjoy your word choice of honesty and you express yourself well. Write on.....

Thanks for your review and comments; I would love to share my voice but I have a Southern accent and it sounds terrible for a poetry reading...I believe a poem should be read in the voice it's written in and I wouldn't do it justice.

Thanks Trigorin for the review - I love them & respect each one as good points for a better writing. I was trying to show people's daily trails & sufferings in life as a vehicle of translating all people have problems but we must persevere and continue moving forward - I'll do some edits - thanks bunches! Not bad. I think you could have not taken quite such a preaching tone with this, as instead of the speaker telling the reader all these things, it would have been much nicer to just show it, which would also provide a good vehicle for some more heightened imagery, which this is lacking a little. That being said, you do have a good message.
