a mixture of "you" and "i" something which all of us feel and something for me...

And again you rise, through all the pain..
to walk down the untrodden path in the heavy rain...
and when your ankle's hurt of walking alone
just stop and look...look what's left behind,
stop and look what you have lost in time...
walking down the moonlit lane,
thinking about you in the heavy rain...
shadows of memories teasing, calling by different names...
thunder of voices in the air making me realize whats lost...whats left to gain...
A sudden realization makes all the change - its ME not you
and that's the entire game...

walking down the moonlit lane thinking about me
realizing there's nothing to loose and all to gain...........

Well...this is a piece written by a close friend of mine...shy of posting stuff online...just wanted to post this for her...

Well your shy friend did an awesome job here.. I loved the power of this ... the discovery from walking in the pouring rain that it was them and then moving on to find in herself the many doors that are there and there is the world to gain! The ending certainly brings much hope from sadness.. I loved the flow and spirit in this one. She really should try writing and posting on her own.. I am more than sure there are other shy people out here! Thank you so much for sharing! =)

This is so poetic with the flow of words and how there's a really connection of emotions. I love how the person has come to a conclusion that what's lost is lost, and its basically tome to gain something again. A very beautiful realization for the character. I loved it! :)
