It's not hard
but it's not easy
the things we do
and what we don't do.
Life.
it grabs a hold of us
and we live it,
and sometimes
we don't live it.

Short, sharp, to the point. It's effective as a short poem. The sudden ending works well for how you worded it. Normally I'd condone a swiftly ended poem, but this time it works very well. Keep it up.
