Yes so very true hugs are healing
makes you feel better I have to get one when my son leaves
and comes home from school and comes home from his
grandparents always love hugs from my sweet little boy.

Thanks for this beautiful poetry,
-I shall be using the idea of hug for a line in the ottava rima I am now working on with aplomb and elegant composure, as much as I can for me, but before I was going to say one should try this this week, I feel encouraged to hug someone as much as I can, I hear it is better to hug someone on the left side instead of the right, what a silly thing, but if it works right, the only trouble is sometimes there is no occasion for hugs, but if they are good then they are 'a prescription for joy' as you say

this is so timely...someone today thanked me for being his friend...i hugged him...at first he seemed awkward, but then hugged back..
