I haven't written a haiku in such a long time. While most of my poems are less and not more, I do enjoy the balance between them.
I really like the emphasis of tiny. It reminds me of children being happy with the simplest of things, something as small as jumping on a leaf just for that crunch. Thanks for sharing.

And jumping in leaves is so much fun. Crumble and Crunch.
I love poetry about the seasons, l cant decide if spring or Autumn is my favorite, they both have so many things to highten the senses.
This is a very nice reminder of why l like Autumn.

I'll wait and post my scribble about the sand and sandals, the next time Summer arrives. I love both. Spring reminds me of love in bloom and Autumn whispers warmth and beautiful colors. Your kind words are appreciated, Trace. :) Brandy
Ahh, I remember back in the day before everything turned black and white, those golden shades that shocked the already startled by the cold crisp shock of breathing out of your lungs that bit quicker.
I remember the only sound was underfoot, as you scrunched through the leaves, before rain turned them reminiscent of soggy cornflakes left in the bowl.
Good to see you scribbling again. 😀

The sound of leaves crunching beneath your feet is poetic indeed. I think some may do that, but, not like before. Your thoughts are always appreciated, Lorry.
This poem stimulates the senses. The colours, smells and sounds of autumn. I liked the crumble of leaves. Your words had a calming effect on this reader and I loved your posted image Brandy. Nicely penned work.
