Living life

Trying to please

Everyone else

And forgetting me

Giving every bit

Of myself

To others

Until I’m drowning

Further

Further

Further down

I go

Is there a bottom?

When does this end?

Sinking in tears

I’m crying

And crying

Crying myself to sleep

Because I am never good enough

Never enough

Never close

To making them all

Happy
