Fields of ResentmentA Poem by beautifulblade8/7/15I write poems on flower petals and count out how many of them love me. I stomp on the haters, send them down to the dirt and drown them in weeds. I never knew daisies could regrow from one velvet piece of themselves. I am bathed in fields of resentment, and shrink back within my dreams.
