 Dripping from our lips 
Our lies told of glories
And hid away our fears. 
Our eyes swept into our minds
Dazzling rays and swarms of color; whispers of the past
And prophecies of the future; Secrets proclaimed 
and truths uncovered; 
Bodies revealed 
and observations stored away.

Running 
through lush golden meadows, 
and kissing in the comfort 
of grey rainstorms; 
Our hands touched the sky 
and our hearts kissed the earth 
and our souls lifted the heavens 
And we created from the ashes
A blaze of something pure; 
A tale of something new.
