My symbol is the donut

With a background of black

Enlightening as it rises

Peaceful nights to agonizing days.

 

My symbol is the donut

For it's what means me most

The pink frosting so cheery

But red sprinkles as blood.

The dough a light tan color

Life can be sweet

Or it can be bitter.

 

My symbol is the donut

As my soft, fluffy side

But my name is beef jerky

Cause I'm really made of leather.
