Lost is the one who gets deterred,

From her dreams because someone she loves has referred,

To them as cheap thrills and stupid ideas,

Of which nothing will become, but wasteful ordeals.

Lonely is the one who does everything she can,

To make sure she pleases a man,

Who must have everything his way,

But for her feelings, shows no empathy.
