A Spiritual Path

so this is a poem about my feelings towards what people think and say about the way I believe - something called Paganism.

A spiritual path I have decided to take,

no - this isn't your choice to make.

I have spent my days in the shadows,

and have decided to no-longer follow.

Don't be scared or be a fool,

for I follow a simple rule;

"An' ye harm none, do as ye will"

something I am learning to fulfill.

Although I am afraid of judgement,

I will not be silent.

If you believe me,

I am very thankful to thee.

I hope you know this is nothing new,

but I don't have any intentions of harming you.

Because this is me,

and it is who I want to be.

For this is a spiritual path I have decided to take,

this is my choice to make.

if you do not like this because you yourself think that this way of believing is evil, I strongly encourage you to research it. As I said, I have no intention of hurting you, and there is certainly nothing evil about that.

Good for you Jordan. I have some knowledge of paganism. I once practiced the craft,so I do know what you mean when you say your silent about your beliefs.
