I Need an Emotion

I Need an Emotion

A Poem by Michelle

I need an emotion; without one, so plain.
My heart stiffens up, no thoughts mean no gain.
I need an emotion, no feeling worse than none.
My soul in the corner, needs the warmth of your sun.
I need an emotion, so sad in my eyes, my spirit inside, in you I relay.
I need an emotion, the cheer in my song.
The exultance in my life, the bliss oh so long.
I need an emotion; vexation, violence?
Whatever the feeling, the storming silence.
I need an emotion, abasement to set.
Reluctance of thoughts, too much to regret.
I need an emotion, suspense so unreal.
The fidgets inside, unable to heal.
I need an emotion or memories past.
So many ambitions all thought to last.
I neet an emotion, the passion most here.
The feelings so vibrant, the judgements held dear.
I need an emotion, the end is so clear,
The cluster of animus, way too much to fear.
I have an emotion, the best one above.
The most magical of feelings, the one that is love.
