u r most welcome! Maintaining the timing / tense of the subject matter is an important aspect while composing a poem. This poem is written in mostly past tense, hence u might consider to edit ' leave' and 'grow' which are in present tense to 'left' and 'grew'. Of course these edits might take away the rhyme pattern :)
