PanicA Poem by Moth PhoenixWasn't sure what this was, but as I went over it a few times, I realized it's how I feel when I have an panic attack.Inside my mind my demons creep and crawl. Angels kiss me from the sun, but I sit in agony while demons have fun. Crouched in the corner of a room, feeling it rise I seek my doom. I reach for his throat and stare him in the eye Lucifer’s kiss came one last time, and falling in love with him was no crime. But here in hell I find my solace, happiness and harmony, understand me while I say it’s true, I love death, but I love you. These crystal waters kiss my feet, and I dance in place, twirling my arms about, take my word I’ve admitted defeat, gasping for air as I try to shout. Immerse my sins and I’ll be forgotten, just one more thing I have to tend to. I kiss my hideous creatures goodbye, back to reality, one breathe at a time, I watch my demons die. © 2016 Moth PhoenixAuthor's Note
