If I could have just one wish

I wouldn’t ask for money

I wouldn’t ask for the latest label

I wouldn’t ask for a fast car

I wouldn’t ask for an exotic holiday

 

If I could have just one wish

I would ask for one day with you

I would ask for your love

I would ask to know how you really feel

I would ask to not have to let you go
