I describe myself as a lion 

a demon

a creature of myth 

an alien being

within these notes that i teach

 humanity's meaning

abductees all scream 

because this world we are leaving 

that in which i wish to destroy 

at out next meeting

plasma on the page, its critical,  

E.T's bleeding 

there is no home to phone

 the cells that are sleeping 

like farmers they hoe. 

my words they are seeding 

morals out the door, 

rights that im heaving

gore will hit the floor

in these writes that your reading

beauty's in the eye of the beholder 

well behold, the insides of a beast you are seeing

I'm a newcomer and haven't read a great deal of poems. But this one was one of the few ones that had a rhythm/flow throughout. And it is the rhyme that differentiates a poem from a normal piece of description.

I smiled a few times reading this. Laughed aloud through a few lines( not at you) at the thought. Said to myself ( only MM, ) in amazement...
had to stop go back and read from the very first line.. Then a grin at how genius you pen from a thought and out of no where lost worlds are defined, described you take light TO dark and what most can't see? You bring alive..

Bedtime stories, amazing wonders, call it what one will.. You will always find a place in life... Because there's no place your mind can't take you..
