God.
what are you?
where are you?
everywhere?
nowhere?
are you my words? my thoughts? my acts?
are you there? Listening? Watching?

God.
are you born out of our fear? suffering? longing?
are you born out of our love? gratitude? naivety?
a contruct of the mind? a biological imperative?

God.
have you been known? felt? written?
have we only hinted?
are we even close?
never?
always?

do you love?
do you cast away?

are you indifferent?
are you nature?
do you evolve?
are you our future?
or are you that man in the church? those words?
or are you also those rocks on the pavement?

What are you?

You are a religious man, Kabayan. Your poem tells about one's faith.
Who is God anyway? He's everything. He made everything. God is love and therefore the source of love...and He never cast away.

Really deep contemplation that you wrote, Eduardo...it reminded me of a song long ago by XTC, Dear God...you know, we don't have all the answer for understanding...personally, I do believe there is a God...but here on Earth we live on the Devil's term...obviously, there's many question abound, like are we the only species out here in the inter planetary galaxy? Who's image we're we made by? It's all Deep...and all we can do is enjoy the moments of our lives. Nicely scribed.
