Women Arise! WEEKLY DEVOTIONAL

The Lord lay this upon my heart to share with you this morning:

Many- if not ALL of you are going through some sort of struggle. Be it relationship issues, financial problems, problems with your children or whatever. He wants you to know that He sees all you are going through, dear child! He sees your pain, He sees your struggle, He sees you trying to make it over to the other side of the river, but seemingly drowning! He wants you to know that if you would just LOOK AHEAD and KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM, He will see you through! He will cross you over to the other side! (Isaiah 43:2)

The problem is my sister, you have been trying to make things happen on your own. In your own strength, and without Him, (without FAITH), that's impossible! (Hebrews 11:6). Apart from Jesus, we can do NOTHING! (John 15:5). STOP making your walk in life more difficult than it has to be! Look to the ONLY one Who can and will help when you submit your all and COME to Him!

Look ladies: While NO ONE knows when the world will end, I believe the time is short! I truly believe we are living in the LAST days! (Matthew 24:3-14)  You can see all that's going on around this world and know that these are SCARY times! But with a personal relationship with Christ, it doesn't have to be! You will be able to rest secure in His loving arms and KNOW where you are going when you leave here! Aside from the fact that the world is coming to an end, YOUR world will come to an end some day. It could be today, tomorrow, next week or next year. Who knows but God? The point is, don't you want to have the ASSURANCE of where you are going? Don't you want to KNOW without a doubt that you will spend eternity with God?

If you are NOT sure, and you want to know how to receive this SALVATION offered to all (yes, to ALL! No matter what you have done, are doing, or will do, God is calling you). There is NO sin too great that will make God not love you or want you in His Kingdom! Just repent (turn away from your sins) and come to Him! Once you give your life to Him, that doesn't mean you won't ever make a mistake or sin again in life! It just means that sin no longer has dominion or power over you! You will have already been forgiven through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross! Too many people use the excuse that 'I'm not living right at the time, and I don't want to make a commitment that I can't keep!' LISTEN TO ME: IF you could change your lifestyle on your own, there would be NO NEED for Jesus! That is the WHOLE point! COME AS YOU ARE, and allow Him to change you! You can NOT do it apart from Him!!! It's IMPOSSIBLE! Lay your burdens down at the cross and spend time in His Word, in prayer and with other Christians, and you'll slowly but surely see the change take place from the inside out! It's a day to day process! NO ONE has arrived and will never arrive until Jesus returns. There will ALWAYS be more for us to learn, for us to do, for us to be! But please my dear sisters, let us not waste another moment! ACCEPT HIS FREE OFFER OF SALVATION TODAY!
