Chapter 9: Too Little, Too Late

Many weeks later, myself and my boyfriend broke up, due to the fact that we never saw each other (and, for me, I was in love with a certain lovely girl). I "happened" to mention to Sarah about this recent breakup and she didn't seem to get the underlying message. I texted her later on to see if she really did, but she actually hasn't... So I told her. 
She sent me a smiley face, which soon turned into a conversation about my bad timing and how she had a boyfriend and she was really starting to like him.
I cried myself to sleep that night... "Too little, too late." I whispered as I fell asleep.
