Is that natural?

That I thought you were someone I could spend my time on.

I love you with my heart and soul,

But I think I shouldn't love you that much,

I would give you the universe,

And yet, it's just not enough.

I would give my life for you.

I would give my soul for you.

Yet that isn't enough.

No words could describe the way I feel about you,

The way butterflies take over my stomach when I hear your name.

But it's not enough to make you love me too...

I agree with Coyote's review. Sometimes nothing you could do, no matter how much you may love a person, will make them love you back. And its sad, heartbreaking even, but we have to move on because there's something better out there for us.

My only criticism is the first two lines. If you're open to editing it I would take those two lines out. It sounds fine without them. :)

Those people who made us content then leave us for dead. Need no second chance. Wise person can be fool the first time. The second time we are foolish. Third time we are a dummy. I like this poem. Told a strong story. The ending was excellent. Sometime what is bad for us. Still leave a little need and desire.
