Falling

Love is all about falling

you fall in

you're head over heels

you feel so in love

you believe they're falling too

they make you believe they are

they fall in

or maybe they just lie

then they fall out

or get sick of pretending

they get bored

disinteresed

they move on

they find someone new to fall for

or maybe they never fell for you in the first place

you cry

and want to die

you fall apart.

And the harder you fall,

the more it hurts,

when you land,

all alone on the cold hard ground,

with no one there to catch you.

Love is all about falling.
