I don't miss you

I just wish I could shake that feeling,

forget how it feels to be ripped apart

but it keeps coming back,

and I don't know how to let it go.

 

I don't love you

I just felt happy around the person I thought you were

and your lies,

they made me feel good.

But it was all just deception.

 

I'm not jealous of her

I just pity her

because one day she'll cry too.

She'll be broken too.

She'll be just like me.

 

I don't want you back

I just want everything you took from me

my trust

my spirt

my smile

 

I don't need you,

but I just keep bringing you into my life.

I like it, it has that feel of confusion when someone is denying there feelings for a love that hurt them... very intruiging poem.
