That look of sadness in your eyes,

will surely be my demise.

Please don't do anything drastic,

those wrists aren't made of elastic.

They won't go back to how they were,

Of this, I'm sure.

I'll be there for you no matter what.

There's no need to cut.

I know you're stuck here in this rut,

but I'll be here.
