I may not be a religious man
I may not be the perfect man
For I’m only human

I wear a cross necklace
To remind me of my faith
I learn from the past
That’s full of strife and mistakes

I pray for others
It’s something that I do
I shed tear after tear
It’s another thing I do
I don’t know why
For I’m a 22 year old man
For if I pray for you
I’ll shed a tear or two
