in the dark

a peom of sadness

every day i wake up

and i force a fake smile

no one can see me

i keep myself hidden

i feel consumed by darkness shielded from the light

i reach for it but something pulls me back

my family and friends they dont understand

i have kept up this cherade for so long

but now i can feel it crumbling down

im scared and worried

my friends they dont understand

my family they dont understand

that i have tries to reach for the light

but it is too late i have been consumed by the darkeness

suffering all alone
