You know, words and stuff. The usual.

My mind is everything you’d find in a prison

In a cell screaming, starving but I’m living

Hoping to be found and maybe be set free

But still bound by the chains that relentlessly guide me

 

Cornered by the walls of uncertainty

No choice but to be unaccompanied

On a cot full of thoughts not feathers

Not sure if I can keep it all together

 

Thoughts in the mind and not a single word is spoken                         

Yet they all know that I’m the one who’s broken

I like to think that we all have little 'worlds' in our heads. In these worlds, some of us are battling demons and some of us are losing wars. Some of us are looking for escapes while some of us are slowly building walls. Some of us are seeking for love while some of us are learning to let go. But what all of us are trying to do is trying to contain the chaos in our little worlds believing that nobody would accept/ understand us if we let it show in the outside world.
