The Juice of my LoveA Poem by cassandra violetMy heart does not love easily, It is stubborn, but when it does I dance In the desire with the passion Of imprisoned limbs set free. I frolick thorugh the fields of lust More wildly then the spirit of the wind, I feast on my lovers flesh With eager, begging lips. I moan more sweetly then The song of a bird And I feel it more beautifully Then the glistens of the sea Sparkling with the rise of the sun, And so why would I give my heart so easily? When I’m so unsure if others are Capable of loving with the same madness. Not all would appreciate the softness Of my souls mattress, thus it is rare That I let loose my lust. Its fruits rest in seed, but when they sprout The juice is delicious, dressed in honey And sugar, a taste so quenching But rarely give the chance to be drank, It’s a special indulgence, a fine wine. I do not give my love so easily And this is how it should be. © 2010 cassandra violetReviews
