when heartbreak

numbs your mind.

to see your frail

and hidden light

when it's buried

deep inside.

Sometimes 🍁

One is pressed to wonder if their choice of compatible mate was made wisely.🤔
Especially, in a moment such as this … nothing is more discouraging than sharing one's heart and truest feelings with a lover whose "hidden light" is "buried deep inside" to such a degree that they simply don't want to hear and feel you, regardless whatever sincere promises you and/or he may have made.

It's so soulfully sad to watch good love go wasted and turn bad.
