Drifting and Falling

This is about how I have been feeling since December; it is a never ending cycle.

Feeling nothing,

Going nowhere,

But deeper into a dark, empty, bottomless hole,

I try to climb out,

But only get half way out,

Before I am falling again,

It is always the same,

A never ending cycle,

I try to feel,

I try to never fall again,

But I always fail,

No matter what I try,

I can not get out of this cycle,

For I have drifted and fallen to far.

I really could feel every ounce of your emotions bleeding out of the words of this piece. I'm not the best at trying to give comfort words, but I will say that there are many other people who are going through a cycle similar to yours. You are not lone. It is not because of Aiden; I just have been feeling like this since December but as I have described in the poem this has been a continuous cycle that I have been trying to break but no matter what I try it is the same; but each time when I start spiraling downward it gets worse.
