unanswered attention

hoping endless nights,

praying endless days,

wishing by stars,

throwing coins in a wishing well,

hopes never coming real,

prayers never answered,

wishes that never come true,

what's the point in hoping, praying,

or wishing if nothing happens?

even as i change,

deeper thoughts occur,

maybe good,

maybe bad,

would anyone really notice me gone?

would people notice me if i tried to stand out?

i belive that even if i tried to do both,

no one would still care...
