went to a dance
the other night
mostly older folk

how to prostitute a dance
some folk music of pilipinas
then tango alot no hip hop

what happen who put that salsa
some knew it was new
i dwelled on no hip hop

some one asked disco
older man dance with me
disco had cinco de mayo

one couple danced every dance
it looked like the same dance
different tempo different music

damm the dj played hip hop
only a few girls danced
nothing i knew was on the floor
